自六十年代以来,国内在炉气碳势控制方面进行了大量试验研究工作,不少单位已能用露点仪或红外仪来控制炉气碳势,取得了较好的效果。但是由于这些仪器结构较复杂,取样系统要求较高,需要取样泵、流量计、调压阀、水冷却套、多级过滤、吸水装置等。此外,每天用标准气校对,给使用、维护、管理都带来麻烦,所以影响推广使用。近几年来在国外已开始使用氧探头检测,控制热处理炉气碳势,使用效果良好。在国内,北航、戚墅堰机车车辆研究所,机械工业部机电研究所等单位也做了不少试验研究工作。这种仪器在国内尚属试制阶段,使用寿命较短,生产上使用的实例还没有。南京分析仪器厂为生产该仪器,从英国肯特仪器公司引进了氧探头生产专利,不久将成批生产这
