剥脱性皮炎临床较少见,护理较难。我院1994年4月收治一患儿,全身散在疱疹,直径2～4mm,部分皮肤已剥脱并有破溃。经积极治疗与精心护理,痊愈出院。现将护理总结如下。一、皮肤护理:1.操作集中进行。动作轻柔、准确。2.勤翻身,预防褥疮。3.加强眼、口腔、会阴部的护理。4.加强卫生宣教。剪短指甲,禁止搔抓。5.加强疱疹的护理。破溃处严格消毒后用无菌敷料包扎,每日更换二次。二、预防感染:1.实行保护性隔离,病室常规消毒,
