日本专利JP2006 336044中公布了一种新型铸造铝合金及其铸件制造技术。该合金中的主要合金成分是(质量分数):Si 7.0%~11.5%、Mg≤0.6%、Fe≤0.2%、Mn 0.2%~0.9%、Ti 0.02%~0.2%和Cr≤0.15%,并且Fe+2Mn+3Cr≤1.9%,其余是Al。合金组织中Al-Mn-Fe-Si金属间化合物相晶粒的平均直径不超过10μm。该合金的铸件采用真空模铸工艺制造,铸造时合金熔液注入模具持续时间不超过60 ms。该合金铸件可应用于各种民用车辆和小型船舶。
Japanese patent JP2006 336044 discloses a novel cast aluminum alloy and its casting manufacturing technology. The main alloying components in the alloy are (mass fraction): Si 7.0% ~ 11.5%, Mg≤0.6%, Fe≤0.2%, Mn 0.2% ~ 0.9%, Ti 0.02% ~0.2% and Cr≤0.15% Fe + 2Mn + 3Cr ≤ 1.9%, the balance being Al. The average diameter of Al-Mn-Fe-Si intermetallic compound grains in the alloy structure does not exceed 10 μm. The alloy castings are manufactured using a vacuum die casting process and the alloy melt is injected into the mold for a duration of up to 60 ms. The alloy castings can be applied to a variety of civilian vehicles and small ships.
