目的探讨缺血性中风患者细胞内黏附分子-1和选择素-E的作用。方法用ELH SA法以急性缺血性中风24h之内的60名患者,30名年龄相近的健康志愿者对照组和20名年轻的健康志愿者对照组,细胞内黏附分子-1和选择素-E的血清水平进行测定。结果缺血性中风患者的血清黏附分子-1水平比年龄相近的健康志愿者对照组和年轻对照组要高(P<0.01);在中风患者同年龄相近的志愿者对照组和年轻对照组的选择素-E血清水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);缺血性中风患者的白细胞计数比年龄相近的健康志愿者对照组要高(P<0.01)。结论这一研究发现支持黏附分子在急性缺血性中风时是调节白细胞滚动的重要因素。
Objective To investigate the role of intracellular adhesion molecule-1 and selectin-E in patients with ischemic stroke. Methods Sixty patients with acute ischemic stroke within 24h by ELH-SA method, 30 healthy volunteers control group and 20 young healthy volunteers control group, intracellular adhesion molecule-1 and selectin- E serum levels were measured. Results Serum adhesion molecule-1 levels in patients with ischemic stroke were significantly higher than those in healthy volunteers and younger controls (P <0.01); in stroke patients with similar age and in control group There was no significant difference in serum E selectin-E level (P> 0.05). The WBC count of ischemic stroke patients was higher than that of healthy volunteers (P <0.01). Conclusions This study found that supporting adhesion molecules is an important factor in regulating leukocyte rolling in acute ischemic stroke.
