牙轮钻机的工况是复杂、恶劣的，各种由环境因素和自身作业产生的干扰，对其微机控制系统的可靠性、稳定性和耐久性均有不利影响。为了克服干扰，我们在改进ＺＷＫ—Ⅰ型牙轮钻机微机控制系统的基础上推出了Ⅱ型机。本文着重介绍了改进后的微机自动复位和抗颠覆功能及钻机轴压的微机自动调节功能。
The working conditions of the roller cone rig are complicated and harsh. All kinds of interference caused by environmental factors and their own operations adversely affect the reliability, stability and durability of the microcomputer control system. In order to overcome the interference, we have introduced the Type II machine based on the improvement of the microcomputer control system of the ZWK-Ⅰ type cone gear drilling rig. This article focuses on the improved computer automatic reset and anti-subversion features and microcomputer-based automatic adjustment of drilling axial pressure.
