目的:建立HPLC测定急肝退黄胶囊中绿原酸的含量。方法:采用Shim-pack VP-ODS C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸(10:90)为流动相;流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1);检测波长327 nm;柱温:30℃。结果:绿原酸在0.05～0.91μg范围内线性关系良好r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为100.3%,RSD为1.3%(n=6)。结论:方法准确、重复性好、简便、易行,可作为急肝退黄胶囊的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Jianganyuhuang capsule. Methods: A Shim-pack VP-ODS C 18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid (10:90). The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min~(-1). Detection wavelength: 327 nm; Column temperature: 30°C. RESULTS: The linearity of chlorogenic acid in the range of 0.05-0.91 μg was good, r=0.999 9, the average recovery was 100.3%, and the RSD was 1.3% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is accurate, reproducible, simple, and easy to implement. It can be used as a quality control method for acute liver retreat yellow capsule.
