为解析生态环境对烟叶淀粉生物合成的影响,分别对河南、云南地区烤烟叶片不同发育时期的淀粉粒结构、淀粉含量、淀粉合成相关基因表达和酶活性进行了比较研究。结果表明:1)叶片发育过程中河南生态区烟叶中的淀粉含量较高,叶片成熟期云南烟叶中淀粉含量较高,烤后烟叶中,云南烟叶淀粉含量降低幅度较大;2)云南烟叶中淀粉粒积累丰富,GBSS I基因表达、酶活性水平明显较高,表明云南烟叶中颗粒性淀粉生物合成更为活跃。
In order to analyze the effect of ecological environment on the starch biosynthesis in tobacco leaves, starch grain structure, starch content, starch synthesis-related gene expression and enzyme activity in flue-cured tobacco leaves at different developmental stages in Henan and Yunnan were compared respectively. The results showed as follows: 1) The content of starch in tobacco leaves in Henan ecological zone was higher during leaf development, and the starch content in Yunnan tobacco leaves was higher at leaf maturity stage. The starch content in Yunnan tobacco leaves after roasting was greatly reduced. 2) Accumulation of starch grains was abundant, GBSS I gene expression and enzyme activity were significantly higher, indicating that granular starch biosynthesis in Yunnan tobacco leaves is more active.
