从姜科植物温郁金(Curcuma. Wenyujn)根茎里(中药名温莪术)提炼到温莪术挥发油,经临床试验表明对于宫颈癌有疗效。温莪术挥发油含有多种成份,已分离测试了其中大部分结构,但有一种未知组分其分子结构始终未能确定。我们测定了这个未知组分的核磁共振谱、红外光谱、质谱,确定了这种油状物是一种文献上未见报道的莪术内酯,并且发现,在一定条件下,它可由莪二酮转化得到。动物实验表明莪术内酯有抗炎症作用。本文主要论述莪术内酯分子结构的测定和~(13)C-NMR谱线归属以及来源的分析。
From Curcuma Wenyujn rhizome (Curcuma ayurveda) extract Rhizoma Curcuma volatile oil, clinical trials show that for cervical cancer curative effect. Curcuma essential oil contains a variety of ingredients, most of which have been tested separately, but an unknown component of its molecular structure has not been identified. We measured the nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum, infrared spectrum and mass spectrum of this unknown component. It was confirmed that this oil was a curcumolide not reported in literature and it was found that under certain conditions it could be converted to meso-dione get. Animal experiments show that Curcuma lactone has anti-inflammatory effects. This article mainly discusses the determination of Curcuma lactone molecular structure and ~ (13) C-NMR spectral attribution and source analysis.
