金融危机使全球发展低迷,中国仍保持GDP8%的增长,中国的国际地位逐渐上升。培养一批双语经贸人才,捕捉国际经济瞬息变化的规律是各大高校重资实施的项目。把握教学模式的特点,对外籍老师和中方老师进行权衡比较,以中方老师为主,外教为辅的配合才能为中国培养出更好的经济人才。更进一步说,本校毕业的大学生可以担任代课中方老师缓解毕业时的就业压力,提升毕业生的价值,为大学生创造更多的机会。
The global financial crisis downturn, China still maintained GDP8% growth, China’s international status gradually increased. Training a group of bilingual economic and trade personnel, to capture the law of the rapid changes in the international economy is implemented by major universities funded projects. By grasping the characteristics of the teaching mode, we can make a comparison between the foreign teachers and the Chinese teachers. It is mainly based on the Chinese teachers and foreign teachers complement each other to cultivate better economic talents for China. Furthermore, university graduates can take on behalf of Chinese teachers to relieve the pressure of graduating from employment, enhance the value of graduates and create more opportunities for college students.
