本文探讨了挂胶、凝胶、胶团生成的一些因素,根据初步试验结果认为,催化剂组份是主要因素,溶剂是次要因素。进一步研究在连续生产过程中哪一催化剂组份过浓会导致生成凝胶。在聚合过程中,分别添加 Ni,Al,B,Ni—Al,Ni—BAl—B 等组分,在本试验条件范围内,除添加 Al—B 陈化液,凝胶含量有明显提高外,其余组份尚未发现有明显的差异,并观察到胶团形成过程是由小凝胶块逐渐集结形成大胶团。
In this paper, we discuss some factors for the formation of gels, gels and micelles. According to the preliminary results, it is considered that the catalyst component is the main factor and the solvent is the secondary factor. Further study of which catalyst component is too concentrated during continuous production will result in gel formation. In the process of polymerization, Ni, Al, B, Ni-Al, Ni-BAl-B and other components were added respectively. Within the scope of this experimental condition, the addition of Al- The remaining components have not yet been found to have significant differences, and observed that the formation of micelles by the small gel gradually gathered to form a large micelle.
