笔者目前供职于英特尔(中国)有限公司北京分公司,在加入英特尔公司之前,曾经多次跳槽,供职单位有机关,港台企业,新加坡公司等,但笔者在这些公司的任职大部分都没有超过二年,在其中一家甚至只工作了短短几个月就匆匆离职,究其原因,根本还在于这些公司企业文化中的一些“弊端”让笔者难以接受更无法适应,最后不得不选择离开。而这些笔者供职过的企业也承受着因为人才流动频繁所造成的巨大损失。而形成鲜明反差的是笔者自2007年加入英特尔公司至今已有三年半的时间,随着对公司企业文化了解的深入,越来越喜欢在这样的环境工作并希望能一直工作下去。借此次写论文的机会,希望对英特尔公司企业文化的分析可以带给本地企业一点启发,从而帮助本地企业构建适合自己的独特企业文化以促进企业的发展。
I currently work in Intel (China) Co., Ltd. Beijing Branch, before joining Intel Corporation, had many job-hopping, office units have organs, Hong Kong and Taiwan companies, Singapore companies, but I most of these companies did not serve more than In two years, one of them even hurriedly left for only a few months after working for some reason. The reason lies in the fact that some of the company’s corporate culture “made a mistake.” This made it difficult for the author to accept and unable to adapt, and finally had to choose go away. And those companies that I have worked for have also suffered tremendous losses caused by the frequent turnover of talent. In stark contrast, I have been in Intel for three and a half years since joining the company in 2007. As I understand my company’s corporate culture more and more, I like to work in such an environment and I hope I can work continuously. By this opportunity to write an essay, I hope that the analysis of Intel’s corporate culture can bring some inspiration to local businesses, thus helping local businesses to build their own unique corporate culture to promote the development of enterprises.
