肿瘤是严重威胁人类健康的常见病及多发病。目前肿瘤生物免疫治疗已成为继手术、化疗、放疗之后另一种新的治疗模式。近年来随着细胞生物学、分子生物学和免疫学等学科的飞速发展,以及新的实验体系和新的技术方法的不断改进,人们对树突状细胞(Dendritic Cell,DC)在肿瘤免疫治疗中的作用及临床应用(尤其是抗肿瘤方面的应用)的研究取得了快速发展。本文主要对DC的免疫学活性、体外诱导扩增、功能、抗肿瘤机制和临床应用做一综述。
Tumor is a common and frequently-occurring disease that seriously threatens human health. In recent years, with the rapid development of such disciplines as cell biology, molecular biology and immunology, as well as the continuous improvement of new experimental systems and new technical methods, dendritic cells (DCs) have been widely used in tumor immunotherapy In the role and clinical application (especially the application of anti-tumor) has made rapid development. This article mainly summarizes the immunological activity of DC, inducing expansion in vitro, function, antitumor mechanism and clinical application.
