“統觀蜀學,大在文史。”~①近代史學名家劉咸炘(1896—1932)此語,確實抓住了巴蜀文化的重心和特色。巴蜀史學不僅是巴蜀文化的一個重要門類,也是中國史學的有機组成部分。這裹的巴蜀,是以四川盆地爲核心區域、以今四川省和重慶市爲範圍,並適當延及周邊地區。而所謂的巴蜀史學,則主要是指具有巴蜀籍貫的學者有關史學的編纂和論述,或在巴蜀境内發生的史學活動。目前對巴蜀史學的個案研究不少,有的還比較豐富,但綜合性和貫通性的研究則相當不足。筆者不揣淺陋,嘗試以通貫的眼光,對上起先秦、下迄當代的巴 “View of Sichuan Shu, literary history. ” ~ ① modern historian 刘 咸 炘 (1896-1932) this language, did indeed grasp the Bashu culture center of gravity and characteristics. The so-called Bashu history, mainly refers to the history of Sichuan scholars with the history of codification and discourse, or occurred in Bashu history activities. At present, there are a lot of case studies on the history of Bashu and some are quite rich. However, the study of comprehensiveness and continuity is rather inadequate.
