38例原发大肠癌切除标本以过氧化酶免疫组化方法,检测多药耐药基因(mdr1)表达物P糖蛋白(Pgp)。Pgp/mdr1阳性表达率为63.2%,其中直肠癌的阳性率为60%,结肠癌69%。11例患者同时检测肿瘤组织及正常大肠粘膜Pgp的表达。正常粘膜仅3例阳性,肿瘤组织9例阳性,Pgp在肿瘤组织中阳性表达明显增高(P<0.05)。而Pgp/mdr1表达与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤部位、大小、Dukes分期、淋巴结和远处转移无显著相关
In 38 cases of primary colorectal cancer resection specimens, peroxidase immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of multidrug resistance gene (mdr1) P glycoprotein (Pgp). The positive expression rate of Pgp/mdr1 was 63.2%, of which the positive rate of rectal cancer was 60% and the colon cancer was 69%. In 11 patients, the expression of Pgp in tumor tissue and normal colorectal mucosa was detected simultaneously. Only 3 cases of normal mucosa were positive, 9 cases of tumor tissue were positive, and the positive expression of Pgp in the tumor tissue was significantly higher (P<0.05). There was no significant correlation between Pgp/mdr1 expression and patient age, gender, tumor location, size, Dukes stage, lymph node, and distant metastasis
