近两年来,我省一些地方繁制的杂交水稻新不育系D汕A,因沿用传统的杂株鉴别方法去杂,将一些不育株误认为杂株去掉,而不少保持系杂株却“漏网”。田间去杂不彻底,配制的D优63田间杂株率高达4~6%,使水稻产量有不小的损失。为了提高种子纯度,各地都及时采取了措施,组织人力物力狠抓田间去杂工作。通过改进田间除杂技术,去年我地区繁殖的300多亩D汕A全部通过检查验收,田间纯度达到国颁标准。在杂株识别方法上,除采用常规鉴别法外,还着重从以下几方面加以识别。 1.茎秆高矮,粗细鉴别法。保持系杂株比不育系群体早穗4~5天,母本抽穗时保持系的组织细胞已逐步成熟,九二○对它无明显的伸长效果,
