为了提高浅埋坚硬特厚煤层综放开采顶煤放出率,以千树塔煤矿11301综放工作面为研究背景,采用数值模拟和现场试验方法对坚硬顶煤块体冒落结构、放煤工艺等进行了研究。结果表明:一刀一放顶煤放出率高于两刀一放,多轮放煤顶煤放出率高出单轮放煤。提出以提高顶煤放出率为落脚点,对放煤工艺进行优化,得到合理的放煤工艺为“一刀一放、多轮顺序”。
In order to improve the rate of top coal caving in fully mechanized top coal caving mining in shallow and hard thick seam, taking the 11301 fully mechanized top coal caving face in Chishuuta Coal Mine as the research background, numerical simulation and field test were used to analyze the caving structures, coal caving technology Studied. The results show that the release rate of top coal per knife is higher than that of two blades, and the release rate of top coal from multiple rounds of coal release is higher than that of single round of coal release. Proposed to increase the top coal release rate for the foothold, optimize the caving process to get a reasonable coal caving process for “one knife and one release, many rounds of order ”.
