脑水肿是暴发性肝衰竭的常见并发症,并且是导致患者死亡的原因之一。1974年Waren报告32例暴发性肝炎中,16例合并脑水肿,其中至少有4例为患者死亡的直接原因。慢性肝衰竭并发脑水肿的报告较少。我们在一组64例各种晚期肝病引起的慢性肝衰竭的尸检中,发现并发脑水肿的有15例,为研究其临床特征及发病机理,提高对本症的认识,现报告如下。临床病理资料一、一般资料:15例中,男性14例,女性1例。年龄1/2~57岁,其中20~39岁9例(60%)。15例中,肝炎后肝硬化5例,肝细胞癌4例,亚
Brain edema is a common complication of fulminant hepatic failure and is one of the causes of death in patients. Of the 32 fulminant hepatitis cases reported by Waren in 1974, 16 had brain edema, of which at least 4 were the direct cause of death. There are few reports of chronic liver failure complicated with cerebral edema. In a series of 64 autopsy cases of chronic liver failure caused by various advanced liver diseases, we found 15 cases complicated with cerebral edema. In order to study its clinical features and pathogenesis and to raise awareness of this disease, we report the following. Clinical and pathological data First, the general information: 15 cases, 14 males and 1 female. Age 1/2 ~ 57 years old, of which 20 to 39 years in 9 cases (60%).
