为准确获得内平动分度凸轮机构的受力状态,以便于对机构传动精度、动力学性能进行研究,文中首先对其分度期同时受力的针齿个数进行分析,然后给出判断实际状态下针齿受力的两个原则,最后得出各针齿在分度期的受力区间。研究结果表明,该机构分度期绝大多数时间同时啮合针齿数大于或等于总针齿数的一半。同时啮合针齿数的波动幅度较大,可能影响机构的动力学性能。尖点修缘量在一定程度上影响了最小啮合针齿数。
