根据我省果、蔬、花卉研究工作的具体情况,为发挥我省优势,调动我省科研单位的力量,协作攻关,开发利用现有科研成果,支持鲜活商品的出口创汇,广东省科委去年对“七·五”果、蔬、花卉重点研究项目实行了公开招标。这是改革科技拨款制度的一次尝试。这次招标范围共有果、蔬、花卉三大类、五大方面的项目,二十个大课题,重点解决我省果、蔬、花卉生产实际和出口方面急需解决的科研问题;也提出了一些理论和技术性较强,但从长远发展观点来看必须开展的研究课题,力求在所能提供的科研经费限度内,发挥较大的社会效益和经济效益,提高我省在上述方面的科研、生产水平和出口竞争能力。
