“法律基础”课本身的课程性质和教学目标,以及课程的教学时间,都对案例教学的应用有着诸多的限定。其案例的摘选与讲解,而非要求学生掌握深奥的法律专业知识,更非要求学生具备一定的法律职业技能。应该立足于通过传授关于法律的一般知识,帮助学生体会和把握法律的基本精神、法律的价值功能以及法律的基本原则,从而使学生树立基本的法律意识和法治观念。 “Law Foundation ” course itself the course of the nature and teaching objectives, as well as the course of teaching time, have a lot of limitations on the application of case teaching.
