目的对多脂鳞伞Pholiota adiposa(Batsch)P.Kumm.子实体进行化学成分的分离提取。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法分离纯化,并运用MS和NMR等方法分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果共分离纯化得到15个化合物,鉴定其结构分别为麦角甾醇(1)、麦角甾醇过氧化物(2)、(22E,24R)-23-methylergosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6β-triol(3)、1-棕榈酸单甘油酯(4)、1-油酸单甘油酯(5)、啤酒甾醇(6)、D-甘露醇(7)、苯甲酸(8)、Glyceryl-1,2-dioctadec-9,12-dienoate-3-octadec-9-enoate(9)、1,3-二油酸甘油酯(10)、β-谷甾醇(11)、二十三烷醇(12)、9,12-十八碳二烯酸甲酯(13)、麦角甾-7,22-二稀-3β-棕榈酸酯(14)、麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(15)。结论所有化合物均为首次从多脂鳞伞中分离得到,所有化合物首次从鳞伞属中分离得到。
Objective To separate and extract the chemical components of Pholiota adiposa (Batsch) P.Kumm. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by MS and NMR. Results Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified. Their structures were identified as ergosterol (1), ergosterol peroxide (2), (22E, 24R) -23-methylergosta-7,22-diene-3β, triol monoglyceride (4), 1-oleic acid monoglyceride (5), beer sterol (6), D-mannitol (7), benzoic acid (8), Glyceryl- 1,2-dioctadec-9,12-dienoate-3-octadec-9-enoate (9), glycerol 1,3-dioleate (10), β- sitosterol (11), tricosanol 12), methyl 9,12-octadecadienoate (13), ergosta-7,22-dilaurate-3β-palmitate (14), ergostat-7,22- 5α, 6β-triol (15). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from Polysperma flavescens for the first time and all the compounds were isolated from.
