财务管理的案例教学是理论与时间相结合的十分有效的教学方式。现行财务管理案例教学在诸多方面存在不足。财务管理案例要突出实用性、时效性、本土性、多样性。案例分析中,教师运用提问式、讨论式、建议式教学方法。在财务管理实训中,加强以学生为主的教学主体模式,以教材为主的教学载体模式,以实务为主的教学体系模式。改革考试成绩的评价方式,加大案例分析的比重。通过案例选编、案例分析、案例实训、案例教学考核等四个方面进行创新,形成了财务管理案例教学模式。
Case teaching of financial management is a very effective teaching method combining theory with time. The current financial management case teaching is deficient in many aspects. Financial management cases should highlight the practical, timeliness, local, diversity. In case analysis, teachers use questioning, discussion and suggestion teaching methods. In the financial management training, strengthen the student-oriented teaching mode, teaching-based teaching carrier mode, practice-based teaching system model. Reform the test scores of evaluation methods, increase the proportion of case analysis. Through case selection, case analysis, case training, case teaching assessment and other four aspects of innovation, formed a financial management case teaching mode.
