由中国石油天然气总公司组织的寻找大气田研究课题成果验收预审会,于1990年11月15日～30日先后在陕西省西安市和四川省江油市召开。“寻找大气田研究”项目是1989年3月,由总公司勘探部、科技发展部根据我国能源的急需,引入竞争机制,采取招标方式组织起来的一项紧密结合生产的科研攻关项目。由各大油田及矿区研究院、科研所、大专院校等30多个单位自愿结合成10个联合体,承担了四川、鄂尔多斯两大含油气盆地82个子课题的科研攻关任
The Prequalification Meeting for the Acceptance of Research Results of Large Gas Fields, organized by China National Petroleum Corporation, was held in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province and Jiangyou City, Sichuan Province from November 15 to November 30, 1990. The project of “looking for large gas fields” was a scientific research project closely integrated with production by the exploration department and science and technology development department of the headquarter in accordance with the urgently needed energy of our country and the introduction of competition mechanism by means of bidding. By the major oil fields and mining research institutes, research institutes, tertiary institutions, more than 30 units voluntarily combined into 10 consortia, Sichuan, Ordos assumed two sub-topics of 82 research subjects
