目的:探讨天普洛安对食管癌手术患者肺组织的保护作用。方法:80例食管癌患者随机分成两组,各40例,实验组术前3 d及术后7 d应用天普洛安,每天2×105u,用Elisa法检测手术前及手术后0、6、24和72 h血清TNF-α、IL-1β水平,同时检测动脉血氧合指数,记录患者胸腔引流量及胸管拔除时间。结果:术前tTNF-α=1.357,P>0.05,tIL-β=1.41,P>0.05;术后0 htTNF-α=3.616,P<0.01,tIL-β=6.46,P<0.01;术后6 htTNF-α=2.559,P<0.05,tIL-β=12.26,P<0.01;术后24 htTNF-α=3.731,P<0.01,tIL-β=0.23,P>0.05;术后72 htTNF-α=1.943,P>0.05,tIL-β=1.14,P>0.05。天普洛安显著降低食管癌患者术后血清TNF-α、IL-1β水平。实验组食管癌患者术后动脉血氧合指数较对照组显著增加,P均<0.01。结论:天普洛安显著降低实验组食管癌患者术后血清TNF-α、IL-1β水平,对术后肺炎症反应有保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Temporo on the lung tissue of esophageal cancer patients. Methods: Eighty esophageal cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The experimental group was given 3 days preoperatively and 7 days postoperatively with dipyridamole 2 × 105u daily. , 24 and 72 h serum TNF-α, IL-1β levels, at the same time detection of arterial oxygenation index, recording the amount of chest drainage and chest removal time. Results: Preoperative tTNF-α = 1.357, P> 0.05, tIL-β = 1.41, P> 0.05; 0 htTNF-α = 3.616, P <0.01, tIL-β = htTNF-α = 2.559, P <0.05, tIL-β = 12.26, P <0.01; 24 htTNF-α = 3.731, P <0.01, tIL-β = 1.943, P> 0.05, tIL-β = 1.14, P> 0.05. Temporal significantly reduced the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in patients with esophageal cancer. The arterial oxygenation index of esophageal cancer patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: Temporoan significantly reduces the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in esophageal cancer patients after operation, and has a protective effect on postoperative pulmonary inflammatory response.
