目的分析北京市某公司溴化丁基橡胶装置的危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,提出职业病控制措施改进的建议。方法采用现场调查、检查表、检测检验法相结合的评价方法。结果个体检测结果显示,外操工接触正己烷的时间加权平均浓度范围为4.04×10-2~0.417 mg/m3,正己烷定点采样检测结果浓度范围为<1.91×10-3~1.03 mg/m3,溴定点采样检测结果 <0.27 mg/m3,氢氧化钠定点采样检测结果 <0.003 mg/m3,8 h等效连续A声级为71.3~74.6[dB(A)],均符合职业接触限值要求;2012年该项目的 41名员工的在岗期间职业健康检查结果未发现职业禁忌证及疑似职业病患者。结论该装置工作场所的检测结果表明,各种防护设施能达到效果,但应严格执行设备维护保养的规定和要求,做好日常职业卫生管理工作,特别注意检维修和抢维修作业时的职业病防护工作。
Objective To analyze the harm degree of bromobutyl rubber plant in a company in Beijing and its impact on workers’ health, evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards and their effects, and put forward the suggestions of improving the occupational disease control measures. Methods The method of field survey, checklist and test method were combined. Results The results of individual tests showed that the time-weighted average exposure range of n-hexane was 4.04 × 10-2 ~ 0.417 mg / m3. The concentration range of n-hexane fixed point sampling was <1.91 × 10-3 ~ 1.03 mg / m3 , Bromine fixed-point sampling test result <0.27 mg / m3, sodium hydroxide fixed-point sampling test result <0.003 mg / m3, 8 h equivalent continuous A sound level 71.3-74.6 [dB (A)], Requirements; in 2012, 41 employees of the project did not find any occupational contraindications and suspected occupational diseases during occupational health occupational health examination results. Conclusion The test results of the device in the workplace show that all kinds of protective equipment can achieve the desired results. However, the regulations and requirements of equipment maintenance and maintenance should be strictly followed, and the daily occupational health management should be well done. Special attention should be paid to occupational disease protection during maintenance and grab maintenance jobs.
