几年来,我段通过加强对QC小组的管理,推动了以全面质量管理为核心的现代化管理不断深化和发展,从而提高了设备质量,确保了安全生产,促进了企业整体素质的不断提高,连续获得了局一级企业、局企业管理优秀奖、省质量管理奖和连续七年荣获铁道部安全优质段等荣誉称号。一、强化对QC小组的管理,发挥QC小组活动的有效作用为了保证QC小组发挥有效作用,我段从1984年开始,就建立了QC小组活动制度,通过建立学习制度、小组成员分工负责制度、定期分析制度、信息收集制度和考核评价制度等,提高了小组成员TQC管理技法的运用水平,统一了小组成员的意志和行动。
