体外震波碎石术(ESWL)可治疗约80%的肾结石,成功率近100%。对于输尿管上、中段结石,单次ESWL原位治疗的成功率为33~60%;而输尿管骨盆段结石则适于ESWL治疗,因大部分震波能量会被骨质吸收。作者对116例输尿管结石患者行ESWL治疗,其中108例于术前预先处理结石,治疗成功率达96.6%。作者认为输尿管结石逆行推移与ESWL相结合是非常成功的治疗方法。作者指出输尿管结石原位碎石的疗效取决于结石与输尿管壁的接触状况。如结石嵌顿在水肿的粘膜床中,不管震波能量多大也难以碎石。作者认为
Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) can treat about 80% of kidney stones with a success rate of nearly 100%. For upper and middle ureteral calculi, the success rate of single ESWL in situ treatment is 33-60%; ureteral pelvis stones are suitable for ESWL treatment, because most of the shock wave energy will be absorbed by the bone. The author of 116 patients with ureteral stones underwent ESWL treatment, of which 108 cases of preoperative stones before treatment, the success rate of 96.6%. The author believes that retrograde ureteral stones combined with ESWL is a very successful treatment. The authors note that the efficacy of ureteral calculi in situ gravel depends on the contact of the stone with the ureter wall.
