目的测定各种新鲜千层塔原植物中石杉碱甲的含量。方法分检千层塔草药原料,核对馆藏标本确定原植物;野外采集上述原植物,从速粉碎与干燥;2%酒石酸提取总碱,HPLC测定石杉碱甲含量,外标法定量。结果草药千层塔来源于石杉科石杉属与马尾杉属共计23种拟蕨类原植物,其中18种含有石杉碱甲,伏帖石杉中含量最高,达0.2004%,而东北石杉等5种中未检出石杉碱甲。结论目前中国应用的千层塔原植物来源多样,且各种之间石杉碱甲含量差别较大。
Objective To determine the content of huperzine A in various fresh-leaf-layer plants. Methods The raw materials of herbs of Melaleuca acuminata were assayed and the original plants were identified by the collection of specimens. Wild plants were harvested and ground and dried quickly. The total alkaloids were extracted by 2% tartaric acid and the content of huperzine A was determined by HPLC. Results Herbal Melaleuca tower derived from the genus Sequoia and the genus Sequoia a total of 23 species of pseudo-ferns, of which 18 containing huperzine A, the highest content of perennial Fusarium, up 0.2004%, while the Northeast stone Cedar and other five were not detected huperzine A. Conclusions At present, the origins of Melaleuca original plants used in China are diverse, and the content of Huperzine A varies greatly among different species.
