胜利油田盐家地区浅层气藏天然气探明含气面积3.3km2,地质储量7.21X108m3。情况表明,该区块开采具有以下难点:砂层富含粘土矿物,在淡水中极易膨胀、分散、运移,堵塞地层孔喉,使地层渗透率降低;储层埋藏900-1000m、压实程度低,胶结疏松,易出砂,影响气井正常生产;部分停产气井粘土矿物含量高,堵塞严重,恢复产能难度大。本文通过对该地区浅层气藏的一次管柱防砂技术、醇土酸酸化等工艺对地层进行预处理改善气藏的流通能力,为该地区浅层气藏开发提供了可靠的技术保障。
The proven gas area of Shallow gas reservoirs in Shengjia oilfield of Salt River is 3.3km2 with geological reserves of 7.21X108m3. The situation shows that the block mining has the following difficulties: The sand layer is rich in clay minerals and easily expands, disperses and migrates in fresh water, blocking the pore throat of the stratum to reduce the permeability of the stratum. The reservoir is buried at 900-1000m and compacted Low degree, loose cementing, easy sand production, affecting the normal production of gas wells; part of the shutdown gas well clay mineral content is high, serious blockage, difficult to resume production capacity. In this paper, pre-treatment of strata by means of a string of sand control technology and alcohol-soil acidizing process of shallow gas reservoirs in the region to improve the flow capacity of gas reservoirs provides a reliable technical support for the development of shallow gas reservoirs in this area.
