齿轮泵的卸荷槽位置对齿轮泵的性能有着很大的影响。为了选定卸荷槽的最佳位置,必须弄清齿轮泵中的困油现象。在本研究中,主、从动齿轮轮齿表面困油空间的压力用一个特制的固定侧板,在侧板中安装一个小型半导体传感器进行测定。试验展示了卸荷槽位置、齿侧隙尺寸对压力升高量和性能的影响。通过试验,卸荷槽最佳位置就很清楚了。符号A——卸荷槽开口面积;B_(?)——卸荷槽的中心线到输出侧的距离;
Gear pump unloading tank position on the gear pump performance has a great impact. In order to select the best position for unloading trough, we must find out the trapped oil phenomenon in the gear pump. In this study, the pressures of the oil trapped on the gear surfaces of the primary and driven gears were measured with a special fixed side plate and a small semiconductor sensor in the side plate. The test shows the location of unloading trough, the size of the backlash on the amount of pressure rise and performance. Through the test, the best position unloading tank is very clear.
