随着经济的快速发展,信用卡客户群体的迅速扩张,信用卡产业已经逐步规模化发展,与此同时,信用卡纠纷数量猛增。为应对信用卡交易的频繁与交易形式多样化导致的信用卡纠纷及厘清发卡行、持卡人、收单机构与特约商户之间错综复杂的潜在法律关系,笔者从仲裁的角度出发,分析采用仲裁方式解决银行卡纠纷的可行性,以求减少诉至法院纠纷数量和提高信用卡纠纷解决效率的同时,对信用卡类纠纷的解决提供一个可资借鉴的路径。
With the rapid economic development and the rapid expansion of credit card customer base, the credit card industry has been gradually scaled up.
