就业是当今学生和家长最关心的话题,学生选择高校指标之一是该校或该专业是否有很好的就业前景,因此高校的就业率成为考生填报志愿的重要凭证。如今各高校电子专业人才培养模式,打破了以往只注重知识传授的人才培养模式,更注重实践能力的培养。通过实践,使学生在校学习期间能得到与他未来的工作岗位相一致的实践机会。但由于实践教学存在条件有限、与社会需求脱节、形式单一等问题,造成毕业后“学生找不到工作,企业招不到学生”的尴尬局面。笔者认为应从学科体系构建、实验基地建设、工学结合等多方面实现电子专业实践教学与就业一体化,使学生能够顺利就业。
Employment is one of the most concerned topics for students and parents today. One of the indicators that students choose to study in colleges and universities is whether the school or the profession has a good prospect of employment. Therefore, the employment rate in colleges and universities has become an important voucher for candidates to fill in volitions. Today, all colleges and universities electronic professional training mode, breaking the previous focus on knowledge imparted talent training mode, pay more attention to the cultivation of practical ability. Through practice, students will be given practical opportunities consistent with their future jobs during their studies at school. However, due to the existence of practical teaching conditions are limited, and social needs out of touch, the form of a single issue, resulting in after graduation “students can not find a job, companies can not recruit students ” embarrassing situation. The author thinks that the integration of practice teaching and employment in electronic specialty should be realized from the aspects of disciplinary system construction, experimental base construction and combination of work and study so that students can get employment smoothly.
