采用静电纺技术成功制备了负载TiO2的PVDF复合纤维膜,研究了TiO2对纤维膜的形貌结构,力学性能,热学性能以及对饮用水中三氯甲烷的降解性能的影响。SEM表明复合纤维的表面呈现粗糙的形貌特征,相对于PVDF纤维而言平均直径减小。力学性能测试结果表明由于TiO2溶胶的加入,PVDF复合纤维膜在干燥与湿润状态下的拉伸强度均减小,断裂伸长率均增大。DSC结果显示TiO2溶胶的加入使复合纤维膜的热焓值和结晶度均降低。研究结果表明负载TiO2的PVDF复合纤维膜对饮用水中的CHCl3具有良好的光催化降解能力。
The electrospinning technique was successfully used to prepare TiO2-loaded PVDF composite fiber membranes. The effects of TiO2 on the morphology, mechanical properties, thermal properties and degradation of chloroform in drinking water were investigated. SEM showed that the surface of the composite fibers showed rough topography, with the average diameter decreasing relative to PVDF fibers. Mechanical properties of the test results show that due to the addition of TiO2 sol, PVDF composite fiber membrane in the dry and wet tensile strength decreases, the elongation at break increases. The DSC results showed that the enthalpy and crystallinity of the composite fiber membrane decreased with the addition of TiO2 sol. The results show that TiO2 loaded PVDF composite fiber membrane has good photocatalytic degradation ability to CHCl3 in drinking water.
