笔者以城南TTT内训师转化培训作为研究对象,通过对当前企业内已有内训师能力及其所掌握的工作经验及工具等分析,从开发内训师能力、提升内训师进阶培训效率、内训师进阶能力培养、内训师能力提升及催化培训效果五个方面给出了内训师成长及企业知识库建立的对策。本文采用“解剖麻雀”的实证研究方法,针对企业内训师发展遇到的问题,研究事物的特殊性,提出对策,从而为企业中普遍存在的内训师发展方面的难题提供参考和借鉴,丰富了对企业内部内训师及知识库管理的研究。
The author takes Chengnan TTT internal trainer transformation training as the research object. Based on the analysis of the existing trainee internal trainer capabilities and the available work experience and tools in the enterprise, we develop the capacity of internal trainer and enhance the training of internal trainers Efficiency, the training of internal trainer’s advanced ability, the ability of internal trainer and the effect of catalytic training are given. The countermeasures for the growth of internal trainer and the establishment of enterprise knowledge base are given. This paper adopts the empirical research method of “Anatomy Sparrows”, aiming at the problems encountered in the development of internal trainers, studying the particularity of things and putting forward countermeasures to provide reference for the problems in the development of internal trainers ubiquitous in the enterprise.
