“官”都是从平民百姓中来的，没有谁从娘肚子里生出来就是“官”的。因此，当“官”是啥滋味，平民百姓无从知晓；而当平民百姓是啥滋味，当“官”的应该是清楚的。一个人要当好“官”，必须记住自己曾经也是一个平民百姓，从平民百姓的角度，清楚他们爱什么恨什么，赞成什么? “Officials” come from among ordinary citizens.
