目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定保心宁胶囊中隐丹参酮、丹参酮ⅡA含量。方法:Phe-nomenex-C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(75∶25),检测波长为270nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1,进样量20μL,柱温25℃。结果:隐丹参酮、丹参酮ⅡA浓度分别在4.66~23.3μg.mL-1(r=0.9999,n=5)和5.86~29.3μg.mL-1(r=0.9999,n=5)范围内与相应峰面积具有良好线性关系。隐丹参酮、丹参酮ⅡA的平均回收率分别为97.11%(RSD=1.49%,n=6)和87.19%(RSD=1.34%,n=6)。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可作为保心宁胶囊的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of cryptotanshinone and tanshinone Ⅱ A in Bao-Xin-Ning Capsules. METHODS: Phe-nomenex-C18 column (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water (75:25). The detection wavelength was set at 270nm and the flow rate was 1.0mL.min-1. Temperature 25 ℃. Results: The concentrations of cryptotanshinone and tanshinone ⅡA in the range of 4.66 ~ 23.3μg.mL-1 (r = 0.9999, n = 5) and 5.86 ~ 29.3μg.mL-1 Area has a good linear relationship. The average recoveries of cryptotanshinone and tanshinone IIA were 97.11% (RSD = 1.49%, n = 6) and 87.19% (RSD = 1.34%, n = 6) respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, which can be used as the quality control method of Baoxinxin capsule.
