为建立亚麻多倍体化学诱导技术体系,通过清水浸泡时间与秋水仙碱溶液浓度、处理温度、处理时间的比较试验,研究了外界因子对亚麻多倍体诱导形态变异率的影响。结果表明:亚麻多倍体诱导,以清水浸种16小时,转入0.16%的秋水仙碱溶液,在20℃条件下浸泡12小时为最佳,其成活率为36.07%,诱导率达到24.67%,则诱导成活率为8.9%。
In order to establish a polyploid chemical induction system for flax, the effects of external factors on polyploid induction rate of flax were studied by comparing the soaking time of clear water with colchicine solution concentration, treatment temperature and treatment time. The results showed that the polyploid induction of flax was best when soaking in clear water for 16 hours and then transferring into 0.16% colchicine solution for 12 hours at 20 ℃. The survival rate was 36.07% and the induction rate was 24.67% The induced survival rate was 8.9%.
