课堂上发挥教师的主导作用,有利于学生理解和掌握知识,自主建构知识系统。近两年的学习力课题研究主要从教师的角度来谈对有效教学的认识。有效教学需要有效提问,可以从激发学习情趣,启发学生思维,利于目标达成三个维度去评判问题的有效性。有效教学还需要有效倾听,沟通心灵,可以从倾听语言、倾听体态、倾听神情三个方面与学生沟通。课堂教学中,教师做到了有效提问和有效倾听就能实现为学生的理解而教。
Teachers play a leading role in the classroom, is conducive to students to understand and master knowledge, self-constructed knowledge system. In the past two years, the research on the learning ability mainly talks about the effective teaching from the teacher’s point of view. Effective teaching requires effective questioning, which can stimulate the learning interest, inspire students’ thinking and help the goal reach three dimensions to judge the validity of the question. Effective teaching also need to effectively listen, communicate with the heart, you can listen to the language, listen to posture, listening to look at three aspects of communication with students. Classroom teaching, teachers can effectively ask questions and effective listening can be realized for the students to understand and teach.
