为满足研究大功率动力传动总成等复杂装置振动监测与故障诊断的需要,我们组织搭接了一套以80386/486微机为平台,通过网络联接油料分析等多种仪器的信号采集处理系统,实现了数据资源共享,可以灵活采用多种处理方法完成特征提取,为建立基于神经网络技术的专家系统提供了有力支持。本系统已多次用于车辆动力传动总成的故障诊断研究,取得了较为满意的效果。
To meet the needs of researching vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis of complex devices such as high-power powertrain assemblies, we have organized a set of signal acquisition and processing system that uses 80386/486 microcomputer as platform to connect various instruments such as oil analysis through the network, It realizes the sharing of data resources and can extract the features flexibly by using a variety of processing methods. It provides strong support for the establishment of an expert system based on neural network technology. The system has been used for vehicle power transmission assembly fault diagnosis several times, and achieved satisfactory results.
