The famous British scholar Edward Taylor once gave a more representative definition of a cultural concept: “Culture is a complex whole, which includes knowledge, beliefs, art, morality, laws, customs, and people who are members of society. Any other competencies and habits.” This is a current understanding of culture that has a consensus. In fact, everything that previous generations have created and taught to future generations should be included in the proper meaning of culture. Based on this, our corporate culture is the “summation” of the material civilization, spiritual civilization, and political civilization formed in the process of transforming the objective world while also transforming the subjective world. Corporate culture is a kind of intangible asset that builds people’s heart and externally enhances the competitiveness of enterprises and is the driving force behind development.
