目的对安徽银莲花根茎的三萜皂苷成分进行分离和结构鉴定。方法通过正相和反相硅胶柱色谱分离安徽银莲花根茎甲醇提取物中的三萜皂苷;利用各种波谱技术并结合理化性质鉴定其化学结构。结果从安徽银莲花根茎中分离并鉴定了3个化合物,分别为3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯(1);3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-齐墩果酸-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯(2);3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-α-L-阿拉伯糖基-齐墩果酸-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯(3)。结论化合物2~3为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To isolate and identify the constituents of triterpenoid saponins from the roots of Anemone in Anhui Province. Methods The triterpenoid saponins from the methanolic extracts of Anemarrhena asiatica were separated by normal phase and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography. The chemical structures of the triterpene saponins were identified by various spectroscopic techniques and physical and chemical properties. Results Three compounds were isolated and identified from the roots of Anemarrhena asiatica in Anhui province. They were 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 2) -β-D-glucopyranosyl-oleanolic acid (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (1); 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl -L-arabinofuranosyl-oleanolic acid 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 4) -β-D-glucopyranosyl ester α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 2) -α-L-arabinosyl-oleanolic acid -28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 4) D-glucopyranose (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranose ester (3). Conclusion Compounds 2 ~ 3 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
