一、前言 在现代工程技术中,高分散聚合物粉末应用广泛,技术经济效益显著。 所谓高分散聚合物粉末、乃是指粉末颗粒直径很小(通常为百微米到几十微米,甚至有时为几微米),粒度分布狭窄,颗粒表面很光滑,形状很规整,而且材料本身破坏(降解)程度很低的粉末状聚合物。 制备高分散聚合物粉末有两种方法:一种是溶液沉淀法(乳液聚合法);另一种是粉碎法。由于前者具有操作工艺等缺点,所以在许多场合下,采用粉碎法更有优越性。
