目的建立反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)同时测定西洋参茎叶二醇皂苷中5个成分(人参皂苷Rb1、Rc、Rb2、Rb3、Rd)含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱AgilentTC-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱;检测波长203nm;体积流量1.0ml/min;柱温40℃。结果5种成分均达到基线分离,线性良好。人参皂苷Rb1、Rc、Rb2、Rb3、Rd平均回收率分别为98.39%、97.36%、98.02%、97.70%、97.01%。结论该方法能快速、准确地测定西洋叁茎叶二醇皂苷5种成分的含量,而且重复性好。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of five components (ginsenosides Rb1, Rc, Rb2, Rb3, Rd) in the stem and leaves of American ginseng by RP-HPLC. Methods Using high performance liquid chromatography. Column AgilentTC-C18 (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm); acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid aqueous solution as gradient elution; detection wavelength of 203nm; volume flow rate of 1.0ml / min; Results The five components all achieved baseline separation with good linearity. The average recoveries of ginsenosides Rb1, Rc, Rb2, Rb3 and Rd were 98.39%, 97.36%, 98.02%, 97.70% and 97.01%, respectively. Conclusion The method can rapidly and accurately determine the content of five components of Dioscorea zingiberensis stem saponins and has good reproducibility.
