普通剃齿心轴,采用30°或15°的倒角作为工件和心轴的导向。由于剃齿心轴的间隙非常小,工件和心轴都存在装卸不便的问题。现介绍一种剃齿心轴新结构,不但使工件易于装卸,而且由于定位心轴配合部分较长,又提高了定心的精度。 心轴结构见图1,心轴前端的导向部分采用台阶轮廓导向,尽管间隙很小,装卸工件却非常方便。导向部分的结构如图2。
