运用基于面板数据的随机前沿方法,对中国广东省21个地级以上市在2001—2006年间大中型工业企业科技活动的效率进行了测度,并将广东省划分为三大区域(珠江三角洲、粤东粤西两翼及粤北山区),对大中型工业企业科技活动效率的区域差异进行了研究。研究表明,广东省大中型工业企业科技活动的总平均效率为0.4015;在三大区域之间,珠江三角洲的效率最高,粤东粤西两翼的效率次之,粤北山区的效率最低。最后就如何提高广东省大中型工业企业科技活动的效率提出了相应的政策建议。
By using the stochastic frontier method based on panel data, the efficiency of scientific and technological activities of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province of China during 2001-2006 was measured and Guangdong Province was divided into three major regions (Pearl River Delta and Guangdong Eastern and western wings of Guangdong and northern mountainous areas of Guangdong), studied the regional differences in the efficiency of scientific and technological activities of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises. The research shows that the total average efficiency of scientific and technological activities of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Guangdong Province is 0.4015. Among the three major regions, the Pearl River Delta has the highest efficiency, followed by the two wings of eastern Guangdong and western Guangdong, and the mountainous areas of northern Guangdong have the lowest efficiency. Finally, some suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of scientific and technological activities of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in Guangdong Province are put forward.
