我们的研究表明,Ag-Ni-Bi-Hg/C催化剂对碱性燃料电池中氧的阴极还原具有较高的活性。本文对上述催化剂的制备条件进行了研究。结果表明,还原剂的选择和搅拌强度对催化剂的活性有明显影响,与硼氢化钾和葡萄糖相比,甲醛是一种优良的制备银催化剂的还原剂;XRD(X射线衍射分析)和SEM(扫描电镜分析)证实提高搅拌强度可以使银的结晶趋于无定型化,并使银结晶粒度减小。用此化学还原法制得的催化剂其性能具有良好的重现性。
Our research shows that the Ag-Ni-Bi-Hg / C catalyst has high activity for cathodic reduction of oxygen in alkaline fuel cells. In this paper, the preparation conditions of the above catalysts were studied. The results showed that the choice of reductant and the stirring intensity had a significant effect on the activity of the catalyst. Formaldehyde was an excellent reducing agent for the preparation of silver catalysts compared with potassium borohydride and glucose. XRD (X-ray diffraction) and SEM Scanning electron microscopy analysis) confirmed that increasing the agitation intensity tends to destabilize the silver crystals and decrease the silver crystal grain size. The catalyst prepared by this chemical reduction method has good reproducibility.
