探讨了45钢上Fe基、Stellite12激光表面合金化层的组织和性能,分析了合金层与基体之间的显微组织、成分分布,测试了合金层的显微硬度、耐磨性和耐蚀性。试验结果表明,激光表面合金化是提高材料表面性能的一种有效方法。
The microstructure and properties of Fe-based and Stellite-12 laser surface alloying layers on 45 steel were discussed. The microstructure and composition distribution of the alloy layer and the matrix were analyzed. The microhardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the alloy layer were tested. Sex. The experimental results show that the laser surface alloying is an effective method to improve the surface properties of the material.
