一、前言上海市电力工业局是电力部和市政府主管上海电力行业的职能部门,也是直接从事电力生产、建设、经营的特大型企业。改革开放以来,上海电力工业取得了飞速发展,仅在“八五”期间,建成投产发电机组262.5万千瓦,35～500千伏变电站132座,全市用电量、用电负荷每年分别以10%左右、14%左右的速度增长。电力工业的迅速发展,对局机关的工作效率和管理水平提出了更高的要求。于是,上海市电力工业局根据业务发展的需要,开发了具有技术起点高、实用性强的办公自动化系统。
I. Preface Shanghai Electric Power Industry Bureau is the functional department of the Shanghai Electric Power Industry under the Ministry of Electric Power and the Municipal Government, and it is also an oversized enterprise directly engaged in the production, construction and operation of electric power. Since the reform and opening up, Shanghai’s power industry has achieved rapid development. During the “8th Five-Year Plan” period, 2.625 million kilowatts of power generating units and 132 35-500 kilovolt transformer substations were completed and put into operation. The city’s electricity consumption and electricity load were each About 10%, about 14% speed growth. The rapid development of the power industry has placed higher demands on the efficiency and management of the bureaus. As a result, the Shanghai Electric Power Industry Bureau developed an office automation system with a high starting point and strong practicality based on the needs of business development.
