采用心理应激大鼠模型,将大鼠下丘脑连续切片,行精氨酸加压素(AVP)免疫组化反应,以光镜检测并微机相对定量分析。结果呈AVP阳性反应的室旁核(PVN)前后径增大,核内AVP阳性物的总面积增加,上述特征规律性光实验组(B组)>非规律性光实验组(A组)>非规律性光对照组(C组)。各组正中隆起外带(ME-L)相比,则A组阳性纤维呈色最深且范围最广,B组次之,C组更次之。结果表明心理因素可影响PVN的AVP合成、储存及转运。
Using rat model of psychological stress, the rat hypothalamus was serially sectioned and subjected to the immunohistochemical reaction of arginine vasopressin (AVP). The results of light microscopy and computerized quantitative analysis. Results AVP-positive PVN increased in diameter and increased the total area of AVP-positive nuclei in the nucleus. The regular light experiment group (group B)> irregular light experiment group (group A)> Irregular light control group (C group). Compared with ME-L, the positive fibers in group A showed the deepest and widest color, followed by group B, followed by group C. The results show that psychological factors can affect AVN synthesis, storage and transport of PVN.
