我厂是生产柴油机、柴油机发电机组和柴油机上用的喷油泵、喷油器的专业工厂,是我国机械行业的重点骨干企业之一。截至去年6月底,工厂有职工9459人。其中专业工程技术人员753人,技术管理人员379人,工艺人员与设计人员的比例约为2.5∶1. 一、认真开展“加强工艺管理、严格工艺纪律”的工作 1、强化企业全员质量意识是抓好工艺突破口关键抓工艺突破口是手段,目的在于提高产品质量,提高经济效益,而这个手段的运用首先必须建立在企业全员都树立起强烈的质量意识的基础上。在强化和提高企业全员质量意识的工作中,我厂党政工思想统一,目的明确,行动一致,坚持把提高和强化全员质量意识当作党政工各自的中心工作来抓。在坚持思想教育强化职工质量意识的同时,我们又把严格执行工艺纪律的规章制度作为抓工艺突破口工作的重要内容。从我厂现场管理的历史来看,忽视
